## 4. Types of Information Collected and Retained
The Company may collect and retain the following categories of personal information:
1. Name, address, telephone number, fax number, email address, and gender.
2. Information provided through application forms, contracts, questionnaires, surveys, promotional campaigns, or other communications, including occupation, age, date of birth, family composition, employer information, annual income, financial status, survey responses, opinions, and information necessary to respond to inquiries.
3. Information contained in identity verification documents collected pursuant to the Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds.
In addition, the Company may collect information relating to real estate properties, such as location, structure, size, floor plan, facilities, and legal rights associated with the property. Such information will generally be processed so that individuals cannot be identified before it is used.

The Company will not disclose personal information to third parties except in the following circumstances:
1. When the individual has given consent.

3. When disclosure is necessary to protect the life, body, or property of an individual and obtaining consent is difficult.
4. When disclosure is particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the healthy development of children, and obtaining consent is difficult.

6. When disclosure is necessary to trusted service providers or contractors that have entered into confidentiality agreements with the Company, solely to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use.
## 6. Provision of Real Estate Property Information to Third Parties (Advertising)
1. Property information used for advertising may include the property type, location, price, transportation access, land and building size, floor plan, facilities, photographs, maps, and other property-related information. It does not include the owner's or individual's name.
2. Property information may be provided to prospective buyers or tenants through the designated real estate information network (REINS), the Internet, real estate magazines, brochures, and other advertising media, either directly by the Company or indirectly through other real estate companies with the Company's authorization.
Once a transaction has been completed, the Company will promptly report the transaction details (such as the contract date and transaction price) to the relevant advertising media or organizations and discontinue advertising the property.
3. Transaction information may be aggregated, processed, or analyzed by REINS or private advertising service providers and used as reference data for property valuation and future real estate transactions.
## 7. Security Measures for Personal Information
The Company properly and carefully manages all personal information in its possession and implements necessary and appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, alteration, leakage, or other improper handling of personal information.
